A brief timeline of all of the conferences Harker Model UN will attend during the 2024-2025 school year.

September 20, 2024

4:00 PM - 8:30 PM

The Harker Model UN Kickoff is a great opportunity for beginner Harker Model UN members to experience their first conference in a relaxed, low-stakes setting. Located on Harker's campus, students will not have to travel very far.

September 21, 2024

8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

This year marks the second iteration of the Pan-Model UN Conference, a Model UN conference held by The Harker School. It hosts delegates from schools all across the Bay Area.

November 8-10, 2024

The Stanford Model UN Secretariat will host the 28th conference on Stanford University's campus, with a variety of participants from Northern California. It provides an opportunity to experience a larger-sized conference and more well-versed competitors.

January 31 - February 1, 2025

The Santa Clara Valley Model UN Conference provides students with a modest opportunity to hone their skills. Hosted by Santa Teresa High School, this local conference is the first conference for many of its participants; as such, it's a great place for beginners to learn the intricacies of Model UN.

March 7-9, 2025

The Berkeley Model UN Conference is the largest conference on the calendar, hosting numbers of around 2,000 delegates. Though it is fairly local, the conference has delegates from a wide range of locations across the globe.

April 10-12, 2025

The only conference outside of California, the Oregon Model UN Conference is the final conference Harker Model UN visits. It is a great place for students to show off all they learned and a nice ending to the year, hosting around 1,500 delegates.
